Designed to supplement your existing training, this tool generates a balanced 3-card combination of exercises at different intensity levels. I let you choose the weight and intensity, but strongly recommend following the category name as a reference. For example, a red (heavy) exercise should be so difficult you barely achieve the given number of repetitions.
